Capital Square to utilise Phoenix American’s investor services platform

Fund Administration provider Phoenix American has formed a new client partnership with private equity real estate investment fund sponsor Capital Square.

As part of the new mandate, Phoenix American will provide back-office operational support to Capital Square with its investor services platform, transfer agent system as well as fund accounting and financial reporting services.

Capital Square is a national investment sponsor specialising in tax-advantaged real estate offerings, including Delaware statutory trusts (DST) and qualified opportunity zone (QOZ) funds.

The private equity real estate investment fund sponsor currently focuses on multifamily and healthcare properties for most of its DST offerings.

“Capital Square aims to improve the advisor and investor experience through the use of cutting-edge technologies and automation,” says Louis Rogers, founder and chief executive officer of Capital Square.

Andrew Constantin, senior vice president, operations for Phoenix American, adds: “We are very pleased to have Capital Square, a market leader in DST offerings, among our 1031 fund clients.”
